Install cat door in external wall and repair floor

We need a cat door installed into an existing external wall, next to the front door windows (see photo) - where the flower pot is, on the photo. Also need some repairs to floorboards in another area of the house. Photo shows edge of floor needing repair - had water damage. Cat door is more urgent, but both would be good sooner than later. We are flexible on times.
