Deck replacement and addition

I have an old deck that needs completely replacing, including the piles and joists. I would also like to add to this deck. The deck is located low on flat ground at the rear of my property, so does not require scaffolding. My house has drive-on access but the rear of house is up a single flight of steps, so the job will require men to remove timber to front of house, and bring timber in.
