Investigate and repair cause of "bouncy" floor

The floor in one corner of my living room is "bouncy", which seems to be due to water getting down the side of the weather boards outside (thanks to poorly placed decking). We will rip out the decking, so that you can do a visual inspection, advise on repairs and costs, and then (subject to cost) carry out those repairs. Timeframe: flexible, but sooner would be better
