Replace water damaged chipboard flooring in laundry and hot water cupboard. The HWC has had a slow leak for a number of years. This has been found and fixed. I started the repair process (with help) just in time to get new carpet installed. But the remainder of the job has drifted in to never never land... I need someone to complete the flooring replacement. This will require (potentially subbing to) a plumber to remove and reinstall the HWC, so that the damaged and weakend flooring beneath it can be completely replaced. The adjacent repaired sections in the kitchen aren't glued yet, which should make access to complete the laundry section easier. No need to worry about trim. We intend to redecorate and refloor in both kitchen and laundry once the flooring is repaired. I have some of the materials needed already. Framing timber, chipboard flooring, glue. But will definitely need more to finish the job.
