Boarding up a window

Old wooden window (100cm wide x 160cm high) bottom frame rotten and whole window needs taking out. Please provide a quote to board up the widow (need internal wall and external weather boards put in) with materilas and labour costs all inclusive. We will do the painting ourselves.
