Resize kitchen cabinet to fit standard 60cm cook top

Existing cabinet cooktop hole is too wide, need to install a couple spacer to make it smaller and strengthening for the new standard 60cm cook top. The hole is around 58cm wide and 47cm long and some how I need to make it smaller. I guess around 1.5 cm on each side and also need extra support underneath. I am able to have the new cooktop at home for measurement. Thankyou.
