Outdoor balustrade

The existing balustrade/handrail has rust damage and needs to be replaced with a new one. I don't mind if the new balustrade/handrail is wooden or steel as long as it is fit for outdoors. The handrail is outside the kitchen door (on second floor) that leads down to the garden.
