Veranda post replacement and upgrade balcony supports
Job description
We have a veranda post that has decayed and needs replacing as the roofing is unsupported. We would like it to match the other posts. It has some decorative features. Also, the balcony/decking under the veranda has poor upload fixings to connections / decayed posts/bolt fixings underrated for balcony load and ageing joists have temporary supports and need replacements and upgrades. We would also appreciate some advice on keeping up the maintenance on our 1907 house.

Very happy with the end result. The job turned into a bigger job than initially expected but this was communicated clearly. Very high quality workmanship. We hope to get Orkney Developments back in the future for our next project. Highly recommend.
