Window sill repairs and double glaze

Want to replace old ply panel inserts (painted grey in photo) on front glazed gable of our lockwood. Some rot likely in the bottom of the window sill which will need repair or cutting out and replacing. Keen to use tinted or frosted double glaze units in their place. Also considering double glaze replacement above these. Keen to get quality repair. Photo attached.
