We have just installed new toilet and vinyl. Im looking for some touch up work on replacing some gib as the current one has a few cracks. (Refer to photos) I suspect it's just removing some gib and replacing with new one. Also replacing skirting below. Ive attached photos showing the crack in the current gib and required skirting work which needs to be done. Will get the plumber to come in and remove toilet so you can get to the back.Then plumber will come back and re- attached toilet and seal.
