Finish a Deck

Build a approx 4x3m Deck. The area has a concrete base covering 80% of it, which needs framing bolted into. then the other 20% is dirt which might need some posts. I've got all decking timber (kiwila hardwood) on site, some framing. Looking for someone to charge Materials + x% and an sensible hourly rate. Could be done in less than a day maybe. Lots of other small building jobs going if this works out well.
