Replacement of rotten bottom plates in walls

The bottom plate in a number of external walls have rot in them and need replacing. Approximate length of area effected is 15 metres. House is circa 1950s with rimu framing and roughcast finish on exterior walls. Cladding is nailed to studs and bottom plate.
