Deck Revamp
Job description
Rotting timber planks in deck need replacing. Possibly a slight modification to the deck would be good, depending on the price. An added step and a slight raising of the height of the deck, to match the verandah that the deck adjoins. Then we can put our outdoor table there. One central post would also need to be removed.

We are very happy with our new deck. Eddie was quick to respond to my listed job. We were impressed with his friendly, confident and professional manner. He was able to start the following day due to a job hold-up! Brilliant! It ended up taking two days because of rotten studs underneath the deck which we hadn't forseen. It was great to see the transformation of our deck from old and dangerous to new and smart I would employ Modscape again and have already recommended them to a friend.
