New gate fix & Sliding door frame rot

Kia ora, we are a Kohanga Reo based at the Whangaehu Marae and we are looking for a general handyman to do several jobs for us. I will only be posting the most high priority jobs required to be done asap (2) however, we have several other jobs to do that are less priority. We would like a tradie that we can contact (regularly) when we need a job done. Preferably someone that lives in Whanganui, Marton, Ratana and surrounding areas (fielding and palmerston and elsewhere is a bit out of range). The top priority jobs- 1. We need a gate made and to replace the one that broke. we have taken it off for now due to H&S. I have posted what the gate looks like (that is in another room of the kohanga - pepe rm) that we need to replace in the Teina room. This is very high of importance as we need someone like yesterday. 2. The frame of the sliding door in pepe (baby) room seems to be rotting. I dont know, Its bulging as shown in the photos and we need advice or whatever you can do to help us get that fixed. Due to the nature of the business we cant have builders, carpenters etc to come on site while tamariki are attending. Our business hours are 9am - 2pm so we will most likely ask you to come out outside of those hours when the children have left. We can discuss this later.
