Replace flooring in Laundry & Toilet & Shower facilities at our ECE centre and to further determine the actual cause of the problem. Areas of the floor feel soft underfoot from leakage maybe? It is covered with vinyl flooring. It will require removal & replacement of fixed cupboards, laundry tub, nappy change table, 3 toilets as well as full replacement of flooring suitable for wet area. This area was newly built as part of an extension to the building. Built in late 2007. Preference would be for the work to be completed during a school holiday period as opposed to closing the centre. It may also be feasible for the floor to be replaced over a weekend maybe?
