Replacement of back door

Hi, I require my back door to be replaced. I have an old wooden door that will need to be trimmed for the space (height only) width and thickness are right. The deadlock will need to be replaced and the hinges and door locks will need to be recessed into the frame as they are in the wrong place based on the new door.
