We need a Deck!

We need a deck built at the back of our property. Measures (approx.) 5.4m along the back of our house and coming out 4.1m. Steps along the full length of one of the short sides and probably full length along the back, with a railing/bench seat along the 3rd side (no steps). Wanting it flush with the bottom of the sliding back door so overall deck height would be less than a metre high, maybe 8/900? There is concrete steps that you would have to build over, as well as a concrete paver patio that you might need to lift some of the pavers or break some of the concrete to put piles through?? Unsure. Note: there is currently a heat pump unit there however we would organise to get this disconnected and removed while build was happening and then it would probably sit on top of deck once built, we would also organise reconnection.
