New pagola for a villa

I have a large deck that is exposed to alot of sun so wanting a pagola. Wanting decent quality and strong construction as we get high winds. Likely to need the plastic pull down blinds aswell. Roof to be a combination of pvc and iron. Wanting to start asap. Had a builder who confirmed to do the job but has pulled out. A site visit would be good to see for yourself and discuss how best to complete. I have attached pics and semi accurate measurement
