Decking alteration/Extension

I've got an existing deck that's 4.1m wide and 6.7m long curved edge/shape on 1 side. I'm wanting to square the long edge and extend it out to roughly 9.5m long and 4m wide. (Will changed measurements if needed to avoid permitting, unsure on rules atm) The extention is 4m wide by 2.9 long. It is also set off the ground on a slightly sloped section, 0.6m (driveway side) and 1.2m at the beginning of the extention. Hoping to speak to someone and possibly a pre job inspection on site to work out final designs and alterations to suit budget/costs etc I can get photos of the existing deck if needed but have attached a rough plan of it
