Job description
Window repairs at rental. It's a bungalow with all wooden window frames. One window cannot be closed, and others may be similar. 1. Bedroom 1 -Repair bedroom right casement window so it opens and closes easily. 2. Check all other casement windows in the house (approx. 10) 3. Bedroom 1 - carpet in doorway has come loose from carpet bar. refix carpet bar so that all loose carpet is "captured" and tidy. Appointments can be made during day time.

The job (done by Alex) was to inspect and repair swollen and sticking windows in a bungalow. Plus new carpet bar for fraying carpet in a doorway. I also added the repair of a side garden gate which required new, better, latch, and filling of old, unusable slide bolt holes. The work was done to a high standard and Alex was at all times completely reliable and very pleasant to deal with. I intend to use the services of Kaiser Property again.
