New Townhouse: Front door has "give" when closed. Fit strip of some sort so it fits snugly Downstairs bathroom: - fix seal around shower Vanity:- shelf supplied, cut half round hole to fit around waste outlet Garage: Laundry: Fix shelf on wall approx 1 and half metres x 400 mm. Living area: Fix heat pump holder to wall. Fix auto garage button to wall in same area. H/W cupboard: Install shelf for clothes, towels etc. Smoke alarms: Remove existing smoke alarms and fit 10 year smoke alarms (supplied) Kitchen: Fix pantry cupboard (to be supplied) to wall 2 bedrooms: Fix handles to wardrobe doors (to be supplied) Bed 2: Install doorstop Deck: Coach screw is missing. Another one is loose. Please repair

The job was to get a townhouse ready for renting. It involved many small repairs and improvements, including a beautifully made laundry cabinet, shelving in hot water cupboard, and other shelves. All the work was done to an immaculate finish, with helpful suggestions along the way. Highly recommended. Edwin obviously has the skills to tackle much larger projects. His professional approach and helpful manner inspire complete confidence.
