We have quite a large deck approx 35sq meters. All the deck needs replacing and there are some joists which are rotting on the ends. The deck is at the front of a pole house so some form of scaffold would probably need to be erected. Area is easily accessed from below.

I can't fault Roydon and his crew . The quality , the price , the time on site were all awesome but it is the small details that really sets them apart. Starting the day they said , cleaning up each day , being polite and respectful of my tenant and leaving the site exactly as they found it were what really takes them to the next level.
