Ensuite Floor removal/repair

Our ensuite wooden flooring has sustained water damage due to a long hidden toilet leak. It has caused the flooring under the toilet to sink, likely with the particle board under the flooring affected. Need to assess whether a repair can be done or if full removal and re-flooring needs to occur. Looking to have work completed on this as soon as possible to prevent the issue getting worse. (Toilet leak has been repaired).
