Interior framing and gib lining - remove and replace

Our plumber has identified a leaking waste pipe which has gone undetected for some time and soaked the framing and Gib linings on two internal walls (some framing is black and Gib is moudly). We need to expose the waste pipe to repair it and then remove and replace the wet framing and Gib. One of the walls is load-bearing and so will need some temporary propping. I would like to make a time to meet with you (the builder_) and the plumber on site to assess the scope, and then report back to the insurance company before getting the job under way. Understand you may not be able to quote a fixed price but need some assistance with assessment. The house belongs to my 90 year old Aunt and I am assisting her to fix it.
