Job description
Water damaged flooring, kitchen pipe was chewed by a rat and slow water damage to recently installed flooring and subfloor underneath. Removal Laminate flooring, replace section of water damaged subfloor, etc. Supply and install new waterproof flooring and kitchen kickboards. Check plumbing, ensure no further leaks. Location West Harbour

Keith did an amazing job - he is a very honest & talented man. Geat communication, completed on time and on budget! I will happily use him again for other projects and highly recommend! Job: badly water damaged kitchen floor - remove old laminate & rotton subfloor (including sections located under kitchen caninetry), reinstate existing insulation install new h3 plywood subfloor, laminate flooring & kickboards.
