Job description
Looking for a quality tradesman who can complete the following repair/maintenance. Flexible on timeframes but would obviously prefer sooner rather than later. Property1 in Massey - pics attached; - renovate a small deck (partial? surface and a new balustrade needed) - replace approx. 3m2 corrugated polycarbonate cover - replace/rebuild a small fence (approx. 1.2mH x 20mL) - repair/replace sections of a larger fence - replace kitchen cupboard door Property2 in Hobsonville (can add pics if required); - a new cover over an existing pergola (framework is sparse so it will need additional support), approx. 3m2 , and including guttering and downpipe - construction of a small fence (approx. 1mH x 5mL) Look forward to hearing from you.

Fence replacement, resurface and extend deck, rebuild and extend covered pergola. Workmanship and communication are critical to us, and both were excellent. The variations we asked for were clearly outlined and priced fairly. Raihan double-checked our requirements when he wasn't clear and was patient and professional in answering any questions we had. Work quality was outstanding and we have booked him for further jobs. Highly recommended!
