Refurbish deck

We have a 2nd level front deck that needs refurbished, starting with an inspection of the deck structure. The main beam running 2/3rds of the deck has a "bow" and will probably need replacing with either wood or steel, and the deck balusters need replacing. I believe the deck is fine, but again will take advice. Deck size is roughly 2 metres deep by 10 metres long.
