Deck Restoration
Job description
Have an old deck on two story house with wooden balustrades that needs restoration. Deck consists of "L" shaped upper deck, 9 steps down to platform and then 5 steps from platform down to ground. Decking on upper deck and platform need replacing, together with new wooden Balustrades and stair repair. Upper deck is 9m x 1.5 and 8.7 x --- Platform is 1.3 x --- decking) Balustrades linear metres works out to approx 30.65m (Okay for balustrades to have different look) Assume joists are okay. Hoping deck can be repair in next couple of weeks.
