Build a partition wall to create a second living room. This was originally the kitchen but that has been removed. We would like a partition wall built that includes the sliding doors shown in the photo. The floor also needs patching where the old pipes used to come through. The old gib needs patching or replacing. Possibly insulate the external walls (depending on cost).
