Renovate our failing roof deck

Replace and reinforce rotten ends of our roof beams and create a supporting beam and posts at the join. Suspected asbestos fibre board will be removed. As will our conservatory. Replace fibreboard with new ply. Waterproof with torchon or similar product. Build a floating deck on top of the waterproofing. Rebuild railing around the deck and staircase to code. Add privacy screening to the side closest to the road.
