Job description
We are wanting to get a basic timber (tanalised grooved pine decking) deck built at one of our rental properties. Size 2.7m x 4.2m, 0.3m to 0.6m off the ground, with one step 0.6 x 2.7m. The property is in Palm Court Drive, Glen Eden and will be vacant by this weekend and we are doing some maintenance / minor improvements over the next 2 to 3 weeks.
