Replace timber on deck (and beneath a conservatory)
Job description
The decking timber right now is kwila (I think) and slowly rotting away. The deck also supports conservatory (and there's some green stuff to insulate its bottom that would have to be taken out before the job and put back after). I'd like it replaced with pine (but open to be convinced about alternatives). Section is sloping so part of the deck is a few meters above the ground. Please find the attached sketch with rough dimensions (in milimeters :) and also pictures of the deck. I also tried to mark the the positions and angles from where were pics taken by arrows and capital letters on the sketch. I am in no rush to get it done ASAP. Thank you.

Tim is a friendly guy, but more importantly he explained every step, showed up on time and finished on time, he also gave quite a reasonable price, I am very happy with the workmanship and attention to detail, too.
