Install a Pull-Up Bar above a window frame

I have a pull-up bar that I need installed on a concrete wall which has gib framing. It is not easy for me to do myself because of the tools and skills required. The wood will need to be attached to the concrete and the pull up bar will need to be attached to the wood. I have already begun the job so it will not take long for someone with the right tools to put it up.
