Our double front doors need some adjustments and repair: 1. The smart lock is mounted too high 2. There is a second redundant deadlock to remove 3. The wood is chipping as they close too tight 4. The door has wood peeling away Looking for especially the hardware modifications; remove the old lock and relocate the smart lock lower down. Get the door opening and closing nicely and patch up the wood as much as possible. Keep the existing handles.
