Small bay window renovation
Job description
The lounge bay window has leaked in the past, possibly all patched up ok but needs a refurb. 1. Remove outside boards (Hardyboard ?) below window. It is nailed on. 2.Check for any rotten wood in framing and replace. 3. Put on new boarding and seal. Any way of having a removable panel so it can be checked if required ? (Owner will do painting). 4. Remove inside window seat particle board and replace (owner will paint). You can see I took off a small bit of board and it seems to be dry now, but not sure.
