Liam was a lovely guy however his team let him down. They started great and quality of work was awesome however I ended the job with them due to unreliability and missing deadlines. Liam had to let go of a worker but then he was unable to complete the work for me in the agreed timeframe or rectify the issue as he already had full time work commitments outside of this. I understand things happen but it’s how you rectify the issue that matters. Work completed was awesome quality however.
