There is a rotten area at one corner of the eaves (from previous roof leaks). It needs to be investigated and rectified. Impossible to say what the necessary repair work will be, so please just quote for travel and site visit to investigate and advise, plus hourly rate for any repairs. We are about 12 km from Cambridge. Preference will be given to someone who can come early this week.

He was careful to ensure the replacement wood matched the look of the house. (I can't use the technical terms because I don't know them.) Good humoured, well organised, and didn't charge a fortune.
