New transportable arriving, needs deck, carport, base boards

New house arriving early July. Needs a deck, covered car area and boards around the base. Refer to the attached plan if it is readable. We are assuming the house height will be 3 boards high ( --- ) and the quote can be amended to suit variations in timber if needed once it is on site if the height is greater. The deck has half walls as shown in the plan, for privacy. Measurements and not fixed and can be altered to suit timber lengths, i.e. deck can be 3 meters. I am happy to pay more for wider pine decking if the price difference isn’t crazy. Ideally someone without a big backlog of work so it can be started and finished in a month. There will also be a few other jobs on site (a gutter that needs repair on an exisiting shed, and a concrete path for this house, and possibly washing line to install), but these jobs will probably just evolve on site and can be discussed then.
