Casement Window Installation

A room was not built with a window and needs one installed. The construction date was 2016. The size of the window is 1200w x 400h. The external wall cladding is board and batten. This wall is load bearing, supporting the lower end of a mono pitch roof. The internal wall is gib, there aren't any pipes or cables behind it that I could detect. I'll supply the window with the timer liner fitted. Just need someone to fit it.
