Fix a couple of small bits of rot on Villa

Rotten exterior windowsill that needs replacing on Villa, Don't want the whole frame done just the area that has rot. Rotten soffit on one side of dwelling that needs replacing. Need done in the next two weeks in preparation to sell the house.
