deck restoration

My current deck is 23yrs old and has been done with chip board with fibreglass waterproofing....There is also a main sump drain that is not doing the job. Over time the chip board has taken on water and now needs removing and a more appropriate cladding needs to be applied. This deck will also need a new sump, drainage system.... The deck is roughly 58sqm but only half needs to be replaced.
