Rental property painting/insulation/maintenance

I have a rental property in Te Awamutu which requires a few maintenance/upgrades. 1) Underfloor insulation to be installed - Wool type, stapled to joist. Can supply product. Plenty of room under house - Is only about 70m2 2) Install of hardy cladding around deck to close it in from elements. Old cladding is brittle and needs replacing, so will need to be removed. Will also need to be painted. (white) 3) Potentially painting the remainder of the house - its a minor dwelling at the rear of an existing property
