Job description

General Carpentry
Waimakariri

We have a Window (framed etc) that we would like installed in our gable. Internally it’s our attic space but it’s standing height and easy access. The window matches our other windows (colonial style). This is for ventilation and aesthetics. The window is ready to install. The job is to create opening, install and then frame (we would assist with painting the external framing) to match the other windows in the house. The only notable difficulty is that in front of the Gable is the driveway and it’s on a bit of a slope so caution will be needed when operating at height (we can help spot/hold if needed). Time required is unknown. Materials to be supplied is probably some timber for the external framing and perhaps something internal (we can organise materials with a bit of direction). (The attic space will be cleared before this job) My brother is a builder but isn’t able to assist on this job due to time constraints but thought it’s not too hard a job overall.
