Decking fix up

We started to rip up the deck as we were going to fill it in, but have discovered that when the deck and fences were put up, the fence was built onto the deck, so if I pull the frame out my fence will collapse. So want to replace the decking but some of the joists have been smashed out and a bit of the deck isn’t level so need to replace that bit too. The space is about 18.6m length 1.85m width
