Replace damaged soffit lining board

Two damaged soffit lining boards need replacing. One timber noggin needs repositioning as it got twisted. Steel fascia may need to be unriveted to loosen or remove, and riveted back in place. Soffit is 3m above ground level at the highest point (single story home). The exterior light will be removed beforehand. I am hoping one of the existing boards can be trimmed and reused, if so the required materials are: 1x James Hardie HardieSoffit 2400 x 600 x 4.5mm lining (or similar) 1x James Hardie 600mm PVC soffit jointer (or similar)
