Exterior repairs of 1920's weatherboard house

Require repairs to exterior of house prior to painting. Areas requiring work include; replacement of barge boards, replacement of a few lengths of weatherboard, repair numerous cracks in ring foundation, replace sections of guttering fascia board, repair/replace timber/shingles of window awnings. House is approx 145 sqm. Looking for work to be completed asap.
