Job description
After a carpenter/builder to address issues in a builders report. Includes replacing a window frame, new glass, fixing an area of guttering, moving the kitchen extractor from roof space to exterior.....etc The deal breaker on this job is the time frame. We need the work completed by 25 May due to house being occupied after that date.

We would recommend Mark Smith Builders highly. On his visit to see all the work he was easy to communicate to and came up with solutions that worked really well for our unique situation. When the scope of work changed due to a 3rd party, he was great about adjusting, overall we would and will contact Mark again for future work.
