Kitchen Floorboards and Sub floor plastic sheeting

I have some rotten floorboards in our Kitchen that need replacing in an old Villa. We also need to look at creating a seal (lay plastic sheeting on the ground) under the villa to prevent further moisture rising. There is though very little space in the subfloor to access so may need to look at creative solutions.
