Outdoor Room

We would like to create an outdoor room over our existing concrete deck. Approximate area = 4m x 5.6m x 2.4m high to bottom of gutter. If possible we'd like a weather and fly proof join to the house. With glass along the 4m end with a return to the wall of the house. Retractable insect screen along the 5.6m front and a ranch slider installed between the front and the left wall of the house. We also want a wooden frame along the front on which we can grow a climbing plant. Undecided regarding roofing: open to suggestions.
