House reno open plan leaving, kitchen and doors znd window #2

Hi there, we need a quote to remove the old wall (highlighted red), build a new one (highlighted green in the picture), create an open plan for a new proposed kitchen and dining, and install a second toilet and vanity. We have obtained council consent. We also need to replace the old current ceiling (currently cracked all over) and put insulation on the wall (re-GIB) We are looking for a licenced builder who can organise plumbing, a plasterer, a painter etc. and liaise with the council to obtain the final inspection after the project is completed. Also available to commence in the next two weeks. Thank you.
